Along
with preparing your home for sale through the art of home staging, every
CSP™ Consultant has the ability and resources to offer their clients an
additional EcoStaging™ checklist of recommendations. When the recommendations
are complete, the seller can then market their home as a property that
is eco conscious. As the price of energy increases, home buyers are looking
for properties that will save them energy costs in the future. Placing
a property on the market that has been updated with energy efficient aspects
will attract more potential buyers.
A designation in EcoStaging™ will be available in fall 2008
In August 2008, a group of selected industry professionals will be attending
and completing the advanced training in eco staging. Each instructor will
hold eco staging seminars in their regional areas. Locations and Dates
will be announced in September 2008
