Al Gore's movie "An Inconvenient Truth" started a chain reaction
of events around the world and served a s a catalyst of change for the
preservation of the planet and its resources. The concept for
EcoStaging™ occurred to me after I watched it too.
I realized as staging consultants we interact with home sellers daily, advising
how to best market their property.
By reviewing simple ways to save and conserve energy the consultative time with
a home seller can serve as a platform to educate and guide a home-seller in ways
that will save resources and still increase the marketability of their house ~

Room Ready Handbook™
The CSP™ tool used for consultations is the Room Ready Handbook™. It has been updated to include a new section comprising of areas to review for energy saving and resource conservation awareness. This will give the seller a head start on improving marketability and raise their own awareness for energy savings when they purchase their next property.
